2018 Pipeline Safety workshops were held in May in Alamo, Richmond and Antioch featuring presentations by the Pipeline Safety Trust, representatives of the pipeline regulators and operators to answer community questions. Sponsored by the Alamo Improvement Association and the Contra Costa County Hazardous Materials Commission.
